Our Story

The company MilkyWay be well was founded in 2021. It utilizes the expertise of professionals from the Institute of Medical Psychology and Psychosomatics under the leadership of Associate Professor Světlák.

A spin-off company with the same name was established in 2023.

The name "MilkyWay be well" itself refers to the Milky Way - the Galaxy, which represents one of the infinite paths that fascinate and inspire us as humanity. This name, combined with "be well," aims to express our endeavor to help people find their own path to health and contentment.

Similarly, as exploring space is a challenging and continually evolving process, so too is the research into mental health and its improvement, requiring the pursuit of new avenues and, above all, collaboration among experts from various fields.

Our vision is to become a catalyst for positive and sustainable change in the field of mental health, across sectors, countries, and borders. We bring solutions based on the latest scientific insights, extensive clinical practice, and cutting-edge technologies.

Our values

  • Employee health and satisfaction

We believe that employee mental health and satisfaction are a priority for every organisation. With our solutions, we can help minimise the risks associated with mental health issues and help employees find their way to a happier and more fulfilling life.
  • Science and innovation

We integrate the insights of evidence-based medicine with modern technology in mental eHealth to provide the best services and tools to measure and improve mental health in an organisation. Our work is based on rigorous scientific research and the application of the latest scientific knowledge.
  • Supporting science and the Faculty of Medicine MUNI

Our solution not only helps organizations, but also supports mental health research and the Faculty of Medicine MUNI itself.
  • Sustainable business

We value the mental and physical health of the company, we are developing a sustainable approach in business where sustainability is not just an empty word, but above all an opportunity for positive change.
